DEFENDANT’S STATUS UPDATE
COMES NOW Defendant the City of Fort Collins, by and through counsel, and files its
status update as follows:
On January 14, 2022, Defendant filed its motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute. Ms.
Richman’s response was due on February 4, 2022. Defendant has not received any response nor
any communication from Ms. Richman. A pretrial conference was held on January 27, 2022
wherein plaintiff failed to appear and undersigned counsel has received no contact from Ms.
Richman nor any attorney she may have retained.
