ORDER APPROVING STIPULATED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Defendants, the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District (“Northern Water”) and Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity
Enterprise’s (“NISP Enterprise”), and the Defendant-Cross Claimant, the City of Fort Collins’,
Stipulated Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed in this matter on December 10, 2021. The
Court, having reviewed the Motion, hereby
GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS that Northern Water and the NISP Enterprise have
until January 7, 2021 to file an answer or other response to Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint and
the City of Fort Collins’ Cross-Claim.
