THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Defendant City of Fort Collins’
Motion for Leave to File In Excess of Page Limitation In Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss
Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, and the Court being fully advised,
HEREBY GRANTS same. Defendant City of Fort Collins is allowed up to and including
25 pages for its response to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint.
