DELAY PREVENTION ORDER
The Court has reviewed the various Motions in Limine, Witness and Exhibit Lists,
filed by Plaintiffs and Defendants in this matter. The Court has also reviewed Plaintiffs’
Motion to Bifurcate Claims and Continue Trial for Plaintiff Katrina Richman and Motion
for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel for Katrina Richman filed on October 11, 2021.
The Court notes that this matter is set for a five -day jury trial commencing
November 15, 2021 at 8:30 AM. A pretrial conference is scheduled in this matter for
November 1, 2021 at 1:30 PM. In light of the most recent motions filed by Plaintiffs, in
particular the Motion to Withdraw and Motion to Bifurcate Claims and Continue Trial
for Plaintiff Katrina Richman, the Court orders counsel to confer and set the matter for
a WebEx status conference within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
Plaintiffs counsel shall contact the Court’s division clerk, Julie Foster, at
julie.foster@judicial.state.co.us or 970-494-3601 to schedule a status conference.
