DEFENDANTS’ STATUS REPORT AND NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT
Defendant, the City of Fort Collins, through its counsel, Mark S. Ratner, Esq., of Hall &
Evans, L.L.C., submits the following as a Status Report and Notice of Settlement:
1. The Parties have amicably resolved the claims in this matter.
2. The Fort Collins City Council has approved the settlement, and the parties
are in the process of executing a Release and Settlement Agreement.
3. It is expected settlement will be fully effectuated in 14 days.
4. There is a Trial Preparation Conference set for January 7, 2022, and a Trial
set for March 1, 2022.
3. In addition, pending before the Court is Defendant’s Amended Motion for Summary
Judgment (ECF 145). Plaintiff has not yet filed a Response, due to settlement of this matter.
