MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD

Helen Oh, undersigned counsel for Plaintiff, hereby submits the following Motion to
Withdraw as Counsel of Record, and states as follows:
1. Ms. Oh has accepted a position with the Denver Municipal Public Defender’s Office.
Her employment with Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP ended as of April 30, 2021.
2. Plaintiff continues to be represented in this case by David Lane and Tyrone Glover of
Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP.
3. This motion is contemporaneously being served on all counsel of record as well as
Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that she be withdrawn as counsel of
record for Plaintiffs and removed from the Certificate of Service in this case.
