Court having examined the Stipulation, now finds that the dismissal should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claims of Plaintiff, Joshua Holowczenko, against
the Defendant, Lori S. Martin, are hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay their
respective costs and attorney fees.
