STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
The Plaintiff, Joshua Holowczenko, and the Defendant, Lori S. Martin, by and through
their respective counsel, stipulate that the within action and all causes of action arising therefrom
between Plaintiff and Defendant, Lori S. Martin, has been fully settled and compromised.
It is further agreed between the parties through their respective counsel that the Plaintiff's
Complaint against Defendant, Lori S. Martin, be dismissed with prejudice, each party to pay costs
incurred.
The parties request that an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice be entered by the Court.
