DESIGNATION OF NON-PARTY AT FAULT
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff Joshua Holowczenko’s
(“Plaintiff”) Motion to Strike Designation of Non-Party At Fault (“Motion”). The
Court has reviewed the Motion, Response, Reply, and the complete file in this matter,
including all exhibits provided. Being fully advised on the matter, the Court DENIES
Plaintiff’s Motion.
