NOTICE TO SET CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE. Undersigned counsel for Plaintiff,
or lawful representative thereof, will telephone the Clerk of the Court of Courtroom 3C at 970-
494-3601 at 1:15 p.m., Monday, November 1, 2021, or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to set
the Case Management Conference.
Settings are held through WebEx. The phone number for the Court and counsel/pro se

and the access code is 2593 718 4330. If more than one setting is noticed on the same day, parties
shall wait on the line until their case number is called. The parties are directed to contact the Court’s
