ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF
TIME TO SERVE EXPERT DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2)
THIS MATTER having been presented to the Court, counsel for their respective parties
above named, and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion is hereby granted.
Plaintiff’s initial expert witness disclosures shall be extended to April 15, 2022; Defendant’s
initial expert witness disclosures shall be due thirty (30) days after the date of Plaintiff’s initial
disclosures; Plaintiff shall make any rebuttal expert disclosures not later than June 3, 2022. Any
motions challenging the qualifications of experts shall be filed by June 10, 2022. No other
deadlines with be modified as a result of this order. The final pretrial conference and trial dates
set by the Court in this matter will remain as scheduled and the trial date will not be continued as
a result of this extension.
