Defendants Randall Klamser in his individual capacity and City of Fort Collins, a
municipality, (Defendants), by and through their counsel, Mark S. Ratner of Hall & Evans, LLC,
and John R. Duval, Fort Collins City Attorney’s Office, hereby submits their Notice of
Conventional Filing, stating as follows:
1. Contemporaneously with this Notice, Defendants are filing a Motion for Summary
Judgment.
2. Exhibits B, H and I to the Motion for Summary Judgment are video recordings.
3. Since these exhibits are not written documents, it is difficult to submit with the
other exhibits to the Motion for Summary Judgment.
4. Accordingly, Defendants are filing this Notice of Conventional Filing. A flash
drive containing Exhibits B, H and I are being sent to the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse, 901 19th
Street, Denver, CO 80294.
