It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Amend
Scheduling Order (Dkt. #102) is GRANTED finding good cause shown. The Scheduling
Order (Dkt. #41) is further AMENDED to extend the Discovery Cut-Off up to and
including September 17, 2020, and the Dispositive Motion Deadline up to and including
October 13, 2020.
It is further ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference set for September 29,
2020 at 11:00 a.m. is VACATED and RESET to November 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The
proposed Final Pretrial Order shall be filed on or before November 11, 2020.
