DELAY PREVENTION ORDER
TO PLAINTIFF'S COUNSEL:
This case was filed more than 63 days ago and the file does not contain a return of service
for the following defendants: KARL L. ROHR and THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. The Court
previously issued a Case Status Order on July 9, 2021, regarding service on said defendant. If
counsel for plaintiff has obtained service, counsel must file proof of service. If service has not
been obtained, counsel must advise the court in writing as to the status of the case and when
service is expected to be had on defendants KARL L. ROHR and THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS.
If service on defendants is not made within the next 35 days, the court shall dismiss the
above-named defendants as a defendant in this matter, without prejudice, unless good cause is
shown to extend the deadline. C.R.C.P. 4(m).
