for the following defendants: KARL L ROHR and THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. If counsel
for plaintiff has obtained service, counsel must file proof of service. If service has not been
obtained, counsel should advise the court in writing as to the status of the case and when service
is expected to be had on defendants.
If service on defendants is not made within 63 days of the complaint being filed, the court
shall dismiss the above-named defendants without prejudice unless good cause is shown to
extend the deadline. C.R.C.P. 4(m).
