A Waiver and Acceptance of Service dated August 30, 2021 has been filed. The defendants
have not filed an answer or responsive pleading. Accordingly, within fourteen (14) days from the
date of this Order, Plaintiff shall either seek entry of default judgment against the defendants or file a
status report explaining why this would not be appropriate. Failure to so comply will result in issuance
of an order to show cause in writing.
