ORDER RE: NOTICE OF CASE TRANSFER
This matter has been transferred to Judge Findley, Courtroom 3C, effective
October 11, 2021, upon the retirement of Judge Field on October 8, 2021. All future
proceedings in this matter that have been previously ordered to be an in-person
hearing will be held in Courtroom 3C and all future proceedings in this matter that
have been previously ordered to be a virtual hearing will be held in Courtroom 3C,
Judge Findley’s WebEx Conference room.
The Court is willing to set additional case management conferences as needed.
Such conferences may occur by WebEx and may be set through the setting
procedures indicated below.
Civil settings are held on Mondays or Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. Dependency
and Neglect settings are held on Tuesdays at 8:15 AM. Domestic Relations settings
are held on Wednesdays at 1:15 PM. A notice to set must be filed with the Court at
least 14 days prior to the setting. All parties are to confer regarding the mutually
agreed upon setting date and all parties are to participate in the setting. For
trial settings, counsel must participate in the setting. For all other settings, counsel or
an assistant with setting authority are to be available. Parties that do not participate in
the setting are advised that the matter will be set in their absence.
Settings are held through WebEx. The phone number for the Court and
counsel/pro se parties to access the conference on the day of the settings is (415)-
655-0001 or (720)-650-7664 and the access code is 2593 718 4330. If more than one
setting is noticed on the same day, parties shall wait on the line until their case
number is called. The parties are directed to contact the Court’s Judicial Assistant,
