RESPONSIVE PLEADING
THIS MATTER is before the court on Defendants’ unopposed motion for enlargement of
time to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s complaint. The Court, finding that the motion is
unopposed and being fully advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS said mot ion. Defendants
Lisa N. Butler and the City of Fort Collins shall have until September 17, 2021 to file their
responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s complaint in this matter.
