AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
On February 3, 2021, the Court issued the Order Denying in Part and Granting in Part
Motions for Summary Judgment and on February 7, 2021, the Court issued the Order Granting in
Part and Denying in Part Motion to Amend Final Judgment. In accordance with both Orders, which
are incorporated herein, judgment enters in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants as to
Sections 5, 6, and 7 of the Initiated Ordinance. As to Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 of the Initiated
Ordinance, judgment enters in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff.
