FINAL JUDGMENT
On February 3, 2021, the Court issued the Order Denying in Part and Granting in Part
Motions for Summary Judgment. In accordance with that Order, which is incorporated herein,
judgment enters in favor of the plaintiff as to Sections 5, 6, and 7 of the Initiated Ordinance and
against the defendants. As to Sections 1, 2, and 8 of the Initiated Ordinance, judgment enters in
favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff.
