THE COURT, having reviewed the file herein, and having considered the statements of counsel at the case management
conference and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby ORDERS:
That the parties are to participate in a court-ordered settlement conference pursuant to C.R.S. § 13-22-313 through the 8th
Judicial District Court Office of Judicial Administration/Senior Judge project, or such other ADR process as the parties may
mutually agree to. The settlement conference/ADR must be completed by June 30, 2021 or such other date as the Court
may order upon request of the parties.
Counsel for the parties/pro se parties are directed to contact the Office of Judicial Administration by email at:
08CourtExecutiveAdmin@judicial.state.co.us. If the parties can agree on several proposed dates and times prior to
contacting the Office of Judicial Administration, or can contact the Office of Judicial Administration jointly, then generally the
matter can be set more quickly and efficiently.
The parties are required to file a joint certificate of compliance with this Court advising the Court of the date of such
settlement conference within 7 days of the date being established, and a report of the settlement conference within 14 days
of the conclusion of such settlement conference. Such status report should include a notice to set trial in the event that the
Settlement Conference/ADR does not resolve all the issues in the case.
