TO KATRINA RICHMAN:
Please take NOTICE that Wilhite, Rose & McClure & Sawaya, P.C. has filed a Motion to
Withdraw as counsel of record in this action and, in connection therewith, you are hereby notified that:
1. Wilhite, Rose, McClure & Sawaya, P.C. intends to withdraw from this action.
2. The Court in which this action is pending retains jurisdiction in this case.
3. You have the burden of keeping the court informed where notices, pleadings, or other papers
may be served upon you.
4. You have the obligation to prepare for trial or hire other counsel to prepare for trial.
5. The trial has been set to commence on November 15, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. A pre-trial
conference has been set with the court for November 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. via WebEx. These
dates will not be affected by the withdrawal of this firm’s representation.
6. Wilhite, Rose, McClure & Sawaya, P.C. has filed a Motion to Continue your trial. This Motion
has not been ruled upon by the Court at this time.
7. If you fail or refuse to comply with the Court’s Rules and Orders and meet your burdens, you
may suffer possible dismissal, default or other sanctions.
8. Service of process may be served upon you at the last known address provided to the Court.
