THIS MATTER having come to be heard on Motion to Bifurcate Claims and Continue the
Trial for Plaintiff Katrina Richman only and being duly advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ordered and adjudged as follows:
This Court hereby GRANTS this Motion to Bifurcate the claims of Plaintiff Stuward Cross
and Plaintiff Katrina Richman. This Court further GRANTS the Motion to continue the trial date
for Plaintiff Katrina Richman only, effective upon entry of this order.
