PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to C.R.S. § 13-22-311(2) and this Court’s Senior
Judge Settlement Order from December 3, 2020, Plaintiff files this STATUS REPORT
REGARDING THE COMPLETION OF ADR AND NOTICE TO SET FIVE-DAY JURY
TRIAL.
A settlement conference was held in this matter on Thursday, June 24, 2021, before The
Honorable Daniel J. Kaup of the 8th Judicial District Court Office of Judicial Administration/
Senior Judge project. The parties were unable to resolve this matter at that time.
PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE, that all parties have conferred and will contact the
Clerk of Larimer County District Court, Courtroom 5A, on July 12, 2021 at 01:15 p.m. to set
the above captioned matter for a Five-Day Jury Trial pursuant to this Court’s Initial Case
Procedures from September 11, 2020.
