COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER
Defendant Executive Director of Boulder County Public Health Jeffrey J. Zayach
in his official capacity (“BCPH”) submits this notice regarding changes to BCPH’s face
covering order.
1. The BCPH face covering order referenced in Defendant Jeffrey J.
Zayach’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 25) is BCPH Order 2020-05.
2. On April 2, 2021, the Boulder County Board of Health Approved BCPH
Order 2021-03, which amended BCPH Order 2020-05. The amended order is available
on the Boulder County website at this address: https://assets.bouldercounty.org/wp-
content/uploads/2021/04/2021-03-amended-mask-order.pdf.
