Order Delaying Briefing Schedule
The Court received the certified record on October 16, 2020. Normally the Court would issue a briefing schedule pursuant to
C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4)(VII).
However, on September 22, 2020 Defendant Streetmediagroup, LLC filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's complaint. October
12, 2020 the Court granted a Motion for Extension of Time to file a Response to the Motion to Dismiss up to and including
October 23, 2020.
Once the pending issue of the motion to dismiss has been decided, the Court will issue a briefing schedule if needed.
The Court relies on C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4)(VIII) in delaying the briefing schedule in this matter.
