Fort Collins Police Department, Todd Hopkins, Brandon Barnes And John Hutto - 131 - Order Denying Unopposed Motion For Protective Order03/25/2021 131 ORDER denying 129 Unopposed Motion for Protective Order; denying 130 Motion for Protective Order. The proposed order, filed separately as ECF No. 130, is a standard form of order that some judges use, but I do not. You apparently have not reviewed or attempted to comply with this Court's practice standard on protective orders. Simply stated, the parties may agree on anything they wish with respect to their use of each other's confidential information. However, anything they file with the Court will be publicly accessible absent good cause shown on a document by document basis. You may redact from court filings without court permission personal identifying information such as phone numbers, addresses, Social Security numbers, medical information, criminal histories. Other than that, if it's really important that the public not be able to access something, don't file it. By Judge R. Brooke Jackson on 3/25/2021. Text Only Entry(rbjsec.) (Entered: 03/25/2021)
