ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY APPEAL SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED FOR
FAILURE TO PROSECUTE
The Court has reviewed the file in this case. Petitioner/Appellant filed his appeal
under Colorado Rules of Municipal Procedure Rule 237 and Colorado Rules of
Criminal Procedure Rule 37 on October 2, 2019. Under Colorado Rules of Criminal
Procedure Rule 37, the appeal was to be docketed in the district court and advance costs
of preparing the transcripts and additional record were to be posted by appellant. The
file does not reflect that those events have occurred. According, Petitioner/Appellant
shall show cause within 14 days why the appeal should not be dismissed for failure to
prosecute.
