This matter is before the Court regarding Defendants’ Opposed Motion for Protective
Order Regarding Deposition of Plaintiff and Request for Expedited Determination
[Docket No. 87].
Argument by counsel.
For the reasons set forth on the record, it is
ORDERED: Defendants’ Opposed Motion for Protective Order Regarding Deposition of
Plaintiff and Request for Expedited Determination [Docket No. 87] is
GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. If Officer Klamser is present
during Plaintiff’s deposition, then the Plaintiff is entitled to have one of her

parents present for emotional support. If Officer Klamser is not present,
then Plaintiff’s parents should not be present.
ORDERED: Defendants’ shall find out by 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning whether their
client is going to attend the deposition.
