Case Number: 2018CV125
Division: 3B Courtroom:
Order Granting Second Extension of Time
Plaintiff Rory Heath moves for a second extension of time to file his opening brief. He seeks 21 additional days and states
that he has multiple health issues that prevent him from prosecuting this action. The Court grants the motion and plaintiff
shall have 21 days from today to file his opening brief. No additional extensions of time will be granted. This action is
over one year old and it must reach resolution.
Plaintiff shall file all pleadings in the following format: he shall double space his documents, using a 12-point font and 1"
margins. He also must comply with the page limitations under Colo. R. Civ. P. 121.
Lastly, plaintiff continues to claim that, in addition to representing himself, he's "acting on behalf of other concerned residents
and parties." And he styled the case that way. Plaintiff, who's not an attorney, can't represent anyone other than himself.
Accordingly, he shall not claim that he may do so, in pleadings or otherwise, and the Court orders him to style the case as
follows:
