BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF DEFNDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS
COMES NOW, Defendant, by and through its attorneys, Andrew W. Callahan and Cassie
L. Williams of Wick & Trautwein, LLC and respectfully requests an enlargement of time within
which to file Defendant’s Reply Brief in Support of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss in this
matter. As grounds for same, Defendant states:
The Reply Brief in Support of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is currently due for filing
on Tuesday, January 27, 2025. We request that the new deadline for filing be moved to Friday,
January 31, 2025. Undersigned counsel has conferred in good faith with Plaintiff’s counsel
regarding the relief requested herein. Plaintiff’s counsel does not oppose this motion and has
granted Defendant an enlargement of time within which to file its Reply Brief in Support of
Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss to January 31, 2025.
WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests an enlargement of time within which to
