this Amended Notice of Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit, incorporating by reference Defendants’ April 7, 2024 Notice of Appeal
(see Dkt. No. 340) and further denoting, as an additional order subject to this
appeal, the district court’s denial of Defendants’ post-trial motions brought
pursuant to FRCP 50, 52, and 59 (see Dkt. No. 367).
