This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion to Amend
Remaining Scheduling Order Deadlines [#120] (the “Motion”), filed after the Court’s
December 3, 2024 discovery hearing. See Courtroom Minutes [#118] at 2 (“Discussion
regarding extension of deadlines. Counsel are ordered to confer and file a joint motion
with proposed dates, if appropriate.”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#120] is GRANTED. The Scheduling
Order is amended to reflect the following deadlines:
Discovery Cut-off and Rule 702 Motions Deadline February 7, 2025
Dispositive Motions Deadline March 7, 2025
