By order entered May 7, 2024, the court abated this appeal pending the district
court’s disposition of appellants’ post-judgment motions. On August 15, 2024, the district
court entered an order denying the motions. [ECF No. 367]. Accordingly, the abatement
of this appeal is lifted.
In due course, the Clerk will provide appellants with instructions and deadlines
relevant to the prosecution of this appeal.
