ORDER GRANTING JOINT NOMINATION OF COMMISSIONERS
This matter is before the court on the Parties' Joint Nomination of Commissioners (the
"Motion") submitted by Petitioner, the City of Fort Collins (the "City") and Respondents,
Horsetooth Convenience Center, LLC and 7-Eleven, Inc. ("Respondents"). The Court having
reviewed the Motion, does hereby GRANT the Motion and FINDS that:
(1) The Motion is hereby GRANTED, appointing the Parties' nominated
commissioners as follows:
(a) Tom French
(b) Todd Rogers
(c) Ross Milliken
(d) Julie Field
(2) Petitioner shall contact the division clerk to obtain dates for a voir dire hearing and
will clear those dates with Respondents.

(3) Following the voir dire hearing and barring any challenges or objections, the Court
shall select three of the nominees to serve as commissioners, appointing one of the commissioners
as the chair, and selecting a fourth commissioner to serve as an alternate.
