PETITION IN CONDEMNATION
This matter is before the court on Petitioner the City of Fort Collins's (the "City") Motion
for Leave to Amend Petition in Condemnation (the "Motion").
The Court having reviewed the Motion, does hereby GRANT the Motion and ORDERS
the Amended Petition in Condemnation and exhibits thereto submitted with the Motion shall be
deemed filed as of the date of the filing of the original Petition, February 12, 2024.
