STARNELLA This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion to Amend Scheduling Order [ECF 35] to Extend Discovery Deadlines [#100] (the “Motion”). This is the parties’ fourth request to amend the Scheduling Order. See Motions [##69, 77, 92]. In support of his request, Plaintiff states that his counsel had a family emergency and tragedy in early May in which she lost a close relative. Motion [#100], ¶ 3. The Court finds that this constitutes good cause for the relief sought. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#100] is GRANTED. The Scheduling Order is amended to reflect the following deadlines: Plaintiff’s Affirmative Expert Disclosure Deadline June 7, 2024 Defendants’ Affirmative and Rebuttal Expert Deadline July 9, 2024 Plaintiff’s Rebuttal Expert Disclosure Deadline August 6, 2024 Discovery Cut-off and Rule 702/704 Motions Deadline September 3, 2024 Dispositive Motions Deadline October 11, 2024 Dated: May 31, 2024 Case No. 1:23-cv-01343-GPG-KAS Document 102 filed 05/31/24 USDC Colorado pg 1 of 1
