THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Identification of Custodian of Records
and Unopposed Motion to Dismiss Remaining Defendants. The Court, after reviewing the same
and being fully advised, and noting that the Motion is unopposed, hereby DISMISSES Defendant
Dawn Downs and Defendant Lisa Robles from this matter and ORDERS the caption to be amended
as requested in the motion identifying Defendant Jeremy Yonce in his official capacity as Internal
Affairs records custodian for Fort Collins Police Services.
