THE FOLLOWING WILL CONFIRM THE ACTIONS TAKEN AND DATES SET AT THE SCHEDULING CONFERENCE HELD THIS DATE: Each side shall be limited to 10 depositions, excluding parties and experts. Depositions shall not exceed one day of seven hours. Plaintiffs shall be limited to 5 interrogatories to each of the individual Defendants, and 20 interrogatories to Defendant Fort Collins. Defendants collectively may serve a total of 20 interrogatories to each Plaintiff (for a total of 40 interrogatories). Defendants collectively shall be limited to 20 requests for production to each Plaintiff (for a total of 40 requests for production). Plaintiffs collectively shall be limited to 5 requests for production and 5 requests for admission to each of the individual Defendants, and 20 requests for production and 25 requests for admission each to Defendant Fort Collins. Joinder of Parties/Amendment of Pleadings: December 21, 2023 Discovery Cut-off: July 8, 2024 Dispositive Motions Deadline: August 7, 2024 Each side shall be limited to 3 expert witnesses, absent leave of court. Counsel shall refer to this Court’s practice standards for the specific areas needing to be addressed in the report. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE will be set by Judge Sweeney. Counsel shall jointly email Judge Sweeney’s chambers within 24 hours of the scheduling conference to obtain a date for a final pretrial conference. To the extent a protective order is needed, a joint motion with attached proposed protective order shall be filed within the next 10 days. Counsel shall be familiar with the practice standards of the assigned District Court Judge and of Magistrate Judge Crews. Scheduling Order is signed and entered with interlineations.
