Colo.) _________________________________ ORDER _________________________________ This matter is before the court on plaintiff-appellant Robert Lawrence Perry’s Unopposed Motion for Time Extension, in which he requests an extension of 30 days within which to “file an Appeal Reply Brief to the City Response Brief.” Upon consideration, the court denies the motion as unnecessary: although the City of Fort Collins has filed its response brief, the CSU Board of Governors and Steven Vasconcellos have not yet filed theirs. The court’s rules provide that, even though two response briefs will be filed in this case, Mr. Perry may file only one reply in which he must respond to both response briefs. See 10th Cir. R. 31.3(A). The response brief of the CSU Board of Governors and Mr. Vasconcellos remains due on August 30, 2023. The court will set the due date for Mr. Perry’s single, optional reply brief upon receipt and review of the response brief of the CSU Board of Governors and Mr. Vasconcellos.
