ORDER APPROVING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME
THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Defendants, the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District (“Northern Water”) and Northern Integrated Supply Project Water Activity
Enterprise’s (“NISP Enterprise”), Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Plaintiffs’
Amended Complaint and the City of Fort Collins’ Cross-Claim, filed in this matter on November
18, 2021. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, hereby
GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS that Northern Water and the NISP Enterprise have
until December 10, 2021 to file an answer or other response to Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint
and the City of Fort Collins’ Cross-Claim.
