Court of Appeals Case Number: 2021CA833 NOTICE OF ORAL ARGUMENT Pursuant to the order of this court, Oral Argument in the above referenced case has been scheduled for: August 10, 2022, 2:30 PM Court of Appeals Courtroom 1st Floor 2 E. 14th Avenue In accordance with C.A.R. 34(c), length of argument is limited to 15 minutes per side, unless additional time has been requested and granted for good cause shown. If supplemental citations, as permitted by C.A.R. 28(i), are filed they should not include argument and should be filed, when possible, no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled argument. Unless the court orders otherwise, oral arguments will be limited to the issues raised in the briefs. C.A.R. 34 (d). If faced with a conflicting setting in another court in the Denver metropolitan area, counsel should attempt to arrange a short absence from that proceeding to permit attendance a t the above scheduled argument.
