MOTION FOR TIME EXTENSION
Petitioner hereby respectfully submits this Motion for Time Extension pursuant to
D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1, and requests the Court to grant an extension of 21 days beyond
the time provided by Fed.R.Civ.Proc. for responding to a motion to dismiss.
SUMMARY ARGUMENT
Petitioner has contacted each counsel for Defendants to confer prior to filing this
Motion for Time Extension, but received no objection, so presumably Defendants do not
object. There have been no other requests for time extension by Petitioner.
Each Defendant has simultaneously filed a second general motion to dismiss the
complaint for declaratory judgment and _injunctive relief for civil rights violations and will
require the prose Petitioner to conduct extensive research to draft a response to each
motion to dismiss alleging va·rious immunity defenses.
Petitioner is a 68 year-old man with chronic health issues who struggles to even
remain mobile. The continuous, coordinated offense attacks presented by Defendant's
drains energy from Petitioner, who simply wants to live in peace, if possible.
Wherefore, Petitioner respectfully requests this Court grant this Motion for Time
Extension, and for such further and other relief as provided by law.
Dated: This 26th day of May 2022.
