This matter is before the Court regarding discovery disputes outlined in a Joint
Discovery Statement that was directly emailed to Chambers and attached to these
minutes.

For the reasons set forth on the record, it is
ORDERED: The Court sustains the objection WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Plaintiff’s
30(b)(6) notice to the City of Fort Collins for topics 3 through 7 but will
allow a 30(b)(6) on topics 1 and 2. In the event that Plaintiff’s motion to
amend (which includes a new Monell claim) is granted and that claim

survives Defendants’ anticipated renewed Motion to Dismiss, Plaintiff
would be entitled to conduct a 30(b)(6) deposition of the City of Fort
Collins covering generally the topics listed in ##3-7, assuming those topics
are appropriately limited in terms of time and breadth.
