Order Granting Defendants' Motion to Assess Attorney's Fees
Defendants move for reasonable attorney's fees under both Colo. Rev. Stat. secs. 13-17-201 and 24-10-110(5)(a). Under
Colo. R. Civ. P. 121, sec. 1-15(1)(b), Lynne had 21 days to file a response to the motion, but she failed to do so. Accordingly,
the Court deems the motion to be confessed.
Defendants have attached an affidavit justifying the fees sought, which the Court finds to be both reasonable and necessary.
Accordingly, the motion is granted and defendants are awarded their attorney's fees in the amount of $4,805.44 against>
Judgment shall enter against Lynne and in favor of Defendants in that amount, with statutory interest as allowed by law until
satisfied in full.
