RE Minor Amendment and Building Permit Applications
Harmony Village
Dear Ted:
Per our phone conversation, I am writing this letter to clarify easement locations that will be done to
support our Building Permit Applications for#B0301515 and#B0301516.
In a conversation I had with Jim Wright of JR Engineering, he requested that I provide you with this letter
that will hopefully satisfy some confusion with regards to the easement coordination with the adjoining
Eckard Drug lot at Harmony Village. We have submitted our Minor Amendment and Building Permit
Applications under the existing Lot 1A for the property, per your advisement. We understand that this
brings up issues with the new Eckard lot.
We are coordinating all easement changes between Lots 1A and the new Eckard lot in Re-Plat#4,which
is being submitted to support the Eckard building. Please note that the following items will be included
under Re-Plat#4:
1. The easement for storm drainage and the trickle pan along the west property line of Lot 1A.
2. The easement for the sewer service to Buildings A&B of Lot 1 A.
I am requesting that the holds that have been placed by Engineering on our Building Permit ApplicationsB0301515and#B0301516 be released for us to be able to begin construction and if these items are not
satisfactorily documented in Re-Plat#4, we understand that you may hold up our Certificate of
Occupancies for Buildings A&B of Lot 1A.
