I armony Village. I am proposing 3:1 side slopes coming off of the existing walk for a
d stance of roughly 40 feet. If I were to extend the proposed retaining wall along the
rtion of the existing walk in order to meet the required 2' of roughly flat grade, I feel
t tat we would be creating a safety hazard by having a vertical drop next to the existing
s dewalk.I feel that our current:design provides adequate safety for pedestrians using the
alk and provides the most cost effective design for our client. If you have any questions
