Enterprises, Inc., a Colorado corporation, being the owner of certain real properly in LatimerCounty, Colorado legally described at Reception No. 99027196 in Latimer County Records, in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged,
and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convoy to the CityofPortCollins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a perm:,-ent right-of-
way for public street purposes in the City of Fort Collins, County of Latimer, Stan of Colorado, described as real property situated in the County of Latimer, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described by Exhibit attached hereto and by this reference made a p>-, t hereof.
It is'understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, ,,,i the time the
permanent improvements have been made and accepted by the City of Fort Collins, the City shall
thereafter have the duty of maintenance of such right-of-way in accordance ./:dh and at a
