Response- Park Planning understands the need for minimum and maximum separations for roads
in residential developments. However section 3.6.3H2 reflects our intentions ofproviding good
vehicular access as well as encouraging alternative modes of transportation from surrounding
neighborhoods into the park. Harmony Park provides pathways, bicycle access and parking as
well as a Transfort stop along Corbet Drive.
