RE: Harmony Crossing P.U.D
Revision to Phase 3 Construction Phasing
RBD Project No: 589-015
Dear Kerrie:
Transmitted herewith for your review and approval are four blueline copies of the Harmony
Crossing P.U.D. plan set with revisions to the Phase 3 construction phasing. The revision
submitted for approval consists of dividing the previously approved Construction Phase
3 into two sub -phases, Phase 3A and 313. The revisions to the phasing are clouded and
noted on the plan set sheets effected by the revision.
The salient features of the revision are as follows:
Phase 3 was split into two sub -phases. Phase 3A and 313. Phase 3A consists of 36
lots including lots #1 through #26 and #70 through # 79. Phase 313 consists of 43
lots including lots #27 through #69.
2. The geometry of the lots, streets, and platted boundaries were not changed.
3. The design of the storm drainage system was not changed. The storm drain system
for the project will be installed as per the previously approved plans. All remaining
storm drainage improvements will be completed with Phase 3A.

4. The basic design of the sanitary sewer system and water utilities were not changed.
The proposed revision to the plans delineates the construction of the utility system
through Phases 3A and 313. Revisions were made to locations of end plugs, valves
and temporary fire hydrants to correspond to the revised sub -phasing.
5. Locations of temporary turn grounds and/or Type 3 barricades were revised to
reflect the change to the sub -phasing.
